The Corner Atelier is incredibly fortunate to receive a grant from Adur Trust for a creative project as part or their Creative Commissions grant this year.
The project's fundamental motivation is true across all of our sustainable opportunities: to provide children with a voice and hold them central in society.
Taking the space of our local beach and how environmental damage is played out there, interweaving this through connections into the community, opportunities to explore and learn with artists, as well as taking the opportunity for the children to 'just be' in this beautiful and rich environment. The project films a group of children in a series of workshops on Lancing Beach, West Sussex.
The final film will be complete early 2024
